Mark Cordner, FSCP, CLTC, CRPC, is president of Golden Years Financial, LLC. He is a well-known coordinator of insurance and retirement plans in Southern Nevada. He’s been active in insurance and financial services full-time since 1992 and helps people achieve a work-optional lifestyle. With his employees and a team of independent specialists throughout the country, he provides a broad range of important services to his clients.

Amy Watkins is passionate about family and community. Her goal is to bring about a better standard of community in Las Vegas, and therefore she loves serving our clients and helping them realize a brighter future through financial planning. Amy is a caregiver by nature, having fostered and adopted several children in addition to caring for her own. She has a very deep, personal understanding of special needs and the importance of providing for the future security of dependents who have limitations. She is licensed for life and health insurance and is working to obtain additional licenses and professional designations so she can support our clients more personally and directly. Amy has experience running a family-owned business and was a teacher in the CCSD for many years. In her off hours, she loves spending time with her husband, kids, and is up for any adventure life brings.

Giulianne Kirk is a Licensed Insurance Agent and Operations Specialist at Golden Years Financial, supporting clients with annuities, life insurance, and financial planning. A dedicated mother, Giulianne combines her background in quality assurance and data analysis with a warm, client-centered approach. Known for her reliability, she helps clients confidently secure their financial futures.

Tracy Geraldo has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and has been with Mark Cordner & Associates and Golden Years Insurance Services since 2006. She is a licensed agent who excels at helping people solve their insurance-related challenges. She’s exceptional at service details and follow-through and is a very important member of our team. She is a master of detail. Before moving to Las Vegas, Tracy worked for AIG Hawaii Insurance Company.

Naomi has magical powers when it comes to children. A former kindergarten teacher, beloved by children and their parents, she helps organize and staff both public and client events, encourage team members, and otherwise keep the firm’s principal, her husband, Mark, more balanced.

We are excited to have Rita help our clients with Medicare plan selection! She is an experienced executive in financial services with a heart of gold! Rita is not an employee of Golden Years Insurance Services but works cooperatively with us as an independent contractor. Everyone loves Rita for her caring personality and complete integrity.
