We are an insurance-based retirement planning firm whose members have decades of experience helping people achieve their goals.
Why insurance-based? We’re dealing with matters of economic survival and often need to guarantee performance. Things that require safety and guarantees deserve the option of being insured, including retirement income.
We teach strategies that can result in a retirement free from income taxes and the anxiety of risks like healthcare expenses or entirely market-based investing.

Amy Watkins is passionate about family and community. Her goal is to bring about a better standard of community in Las Vegas, and therefore she loves serving our clients and helping them realize a brighter future through financial planning. Amy is a caregiver by nature, having fostered and adopted several children in addition to caring for her own. She has a very deep, personal understanding of special needs and the importance of providing for the future security of dependents who have limitations. She is licensed for life and health insurance and is working to obtain additional licenses and professional designations so she can support our clients more personally and directly. Amy has experience running a family-owned business and was a teacher in the Clark County School District for many years. In her off hours, she loves spending time with her kids and is up for any adventure life brings.
Tracy Geraldo has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and has been with Mark Cordner & Associates and Golden Years Insurance Services since 2006. She is a licensed agent who excels at helping people solve their insurance-related challenges. She’s exceptional at service details and follow-through and is a very important member of our team. She is a master of detail. Before moving to Las Vegas, Tracy worked for AIG Hawaii Insurance Company.
Mark especially appreciates her loyalty, dependability, and can-do nature.
Tracy enjoys the problem-solving aspects of insurance, particularly property and casualty, but loves even more being a mother and grandmother and singing karaoke. She was born in Springfield, Illinois, but grew up in Hawaii, resulting in a love of being at the beach and swimming in the ocean.
Indira is a wonderful addition to our team, as she grew up in a large family and shares the values so strongly held by our other team members. She’s lived in Las Vegas off-and-on most of her life and enjoys customer service, particularly finding answers to new questions. Hers is the smiling face that greets all who visit our office.
Indira focuses on serving our personal lines insurance policyholders, and her focus is increasingly on servicing life insurance and annuity accounts, though she is also licensed to sell and service property and liability insurance. Despite how much she enjoys her work, when pressed, she’ll admit the best part of her day is the enthusiastic greeting she receives from her young son and daughter at the end of the workday. They are her greatest joy!
Although he doesn’t look like it, Joshua Mark Cordner has an obvious link to the agency’s owner! After 10 years in technology sales and service, most recently with TESLA, he chose to leave the corporate world for a more independent experience helping people. He started assisting people with Medicare plan selection and migrated to life insurance sales. In addition to being an Eagle Scout and a first-degree black belt in karate, he is a gifted landscape photographer who enjoys traveling. Josh loves following the NBA and the Vegas Golden Knights. He and his wife, Cynthia, are passionate about animals and have a bird, a cat, and two dogs.
Naomi has magical powers when it comes to children. A former kindergarten teacher, beloved by children and their parents, she helps organize and staff both public and client events, encourage team members, and otherwise keep the firm’s principal, her husband, Mark, more balanced.
We are excited to have Rita help our clients with Medicare plan selection! She is an experienced executive in financial services with a heart of gold! Rita is not an employee of Golden Years Insurance Services but works cooperatively with us as an independent contractor. Everyone loves Rita for her caring personality and complete integrity.
After an early career in construction, Brian Hewitt became a licensed insurance agent in 1990 and has remained active in the insurance industry full-time ever since. He’s been recognized nationally as a leader for his sales and service accomplishments and is excited to work with Golden Years Insurance Services, providing commercial property and casualty insurance to our group retirement plan clientele.
Usually known as the life of the party, Brian genuinely loves people and enjoys helping them. He is intensely loyal and the one you want in your corner when things get rough, and, with his training as a black belt in Karate and as a former “bouncer,” he can literally back you up!
Brian’s greatest joy comes from his four beautiful daughters and his eight grandchildren. He’s been married to LeAnn Robinson since 1982 and has lived in Las Vegas most of his life. In his spare time, you’ll recognize him as the free spirit flying past you on his Harley Davidson Fatboy towards some beach or yet unexplored road.
